SHIPPING INFORMATION

At ULIKECUSTOM, we work with trusted international carriers like FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS, who collaborate with local couriers to deliver directly to your door. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.

Payment and Verification
Charges are applied when your order is placed. All payments undergo verification and approval prior to shipping, which may take several days. To help combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.

Shipping Process

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days and sent to our carrier’s sort facility. However, processing can extend to 10 days during peak holiday periods or for high-demand items with limited stock.
  • Changes: Once your order enters processing, we cannot make changes (including address modifications). Orders are shipped only to the address provided at checkout.
  • Business Days: Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is dispatched.

For orders containing multiple items, shipments may be divided and delivered on different dates due to our manufacturing partners' locations.

Tracking
All orders are issued tracking numbers, provided via email once dispatched to our carrier’s facility. For some carriers, tracking information may take several days to update. If your tracking status remains unavailable after 5 business days, please reach out to us.

 

Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary by region. Here are our estimated delivery times (in business days):

  • United States: 7-14 days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-14 days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 10-21 days
  • Mexico, Central America, South America: 15-30 days

Note: These are estimates and do not include the 2-5 day processing period.

We do our utmost to ensure timely delivery; however, delays beyond our control (e.g., customs, holidays, severe weather, labor disputes) may impact delivery timelines.

Duties, Taxes, and Fees

International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility. ULIKECUSTOM cannot predict or cover these charges. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import taxes and return shipping fees. For more information, please consult your local customs office.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

ULIKECUSTOM is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged. If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please file a report with the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Once processed, we cannot modify your order or change the address.
